Kitchen Tips and Ideas

Some of my best ideas come to me late at night, when I probably should be sleeping. My mind seems to always running at full steam, or half steam when there isn’t coffee. It was on one of these restless nights that it occurred to me that this site could benefit from a tips page, ideas and how to that don’t fall under the recipe category. These ideas and helpful tips might fall under canning, dehydrating, freeze drying or none of the above, but I think they’ll be helpful and I hope you do too.
